Navigating Your Care with Kser Permanente

New Member Assistance: After receiving your ID card, call the New Member Connect team at 1-844-639-8657 TTY users can dial TTY for help choosing a doctor, transferring prescriptions, and setting appointments.

Dedicated Member Services: A toll-free line at 1-855-211-0229 TTY 711 is avlable post-enrollment to assist with your care and coverage needs throughout the year.

Enrollment Changes for Existing Members

• Your elected benefits typically remn unchanged from July 1 through June 30 of each plan year. During open enrollment periods, you can review and adjust these selections.

Changes in Family Status: You may modify your election if there's a change in family status such as marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, legal separation, employment changes affecting benefit eligibility, or when another depent's status alters.

• Submission Timeline: Your new benefits must take effect immediately after the occurrence of a qualifying event. Any modifications must be submitted within 31 days following this event; otherwise, you will need to wt until the next open enrollment period to adjust your selections.
